微软计划到 2027 年把自研 Maia AI 芯片扩展至吉瓦级规模

微软计划从 2027 年起将 Azure Maia AI 芯片部署到多吉瓦规模，使其成为公司各产品的主要推理系统。Maia 200 已在美国、欧洲和澳大利亚运行 Microsoft Copilot，GitHub Copilot 与 Foundry 将在年底前跟进，微软称其在 Teams 中每瓦 token 产出最高可达主流 GPU 的 1.7 倍。
