Cohere 公开 Qwen 调查 trace 数据集，可复现异常链接行为

Cohere Labs 在 Hugging Face 公开了此前 Qwen 模型安全调查的完整 trace、原始 token 与最小复现脚本（数据集 10-2026-qwen-investigation-traces），供开发者自行验证。
