Basis Theory 推出面向 AI Agent 的支付与凭证基础设施，把用户已有的卡号、登录信息、API key 等敏感凭证转换成限定范围、可随时撤销的 Agentic Credential，让 Agent 能付款、登录、调用特权 API 和执行浏览器任务，却拿不到原始凭证。
