一套 RGB-D 感知前端可在商用转盘式挤奶厅的整帧图像上单次前向定位奶牛、10 个骨骼关键点及鬐甲、背、臀、尾根 4 个背部区域。在自建 538 帧标注数据集上，关键点 PCK@10 达 0.905，区域 IoU 0.70–0.91，T4 GPU 单帧 26.4 ms。该模型仅用 10 帧标注即可迁移（PCK@10 0.84），区域经深度映射到辐射热像仪，得到每头牛每个区域可重复的温度。
