Codex 电脑使用功能存 bug：dot 任务缺失 node_repl 运行时

用户 ChrisGPT 反馈，OpenAI Codex 桌面端 computer use 存在 bug：dot 创建的本地任务无法像发布演示那样在屏幕上执行操作。排查发现任务会枚举全部 341 个工具，却缺少 mcpnoderepljs 等本地原生运行时；文档要求版本 26.929+，更新器最高只提供 26.928.3736.0，用户推测这是根因，JoshExile82 也复现了同样问题。
